2025 Annual Awards Banquet:
This year’s award banquet will be a party like no other. Based on YOUR feedback, we’re changing things up to make it a more casual, party-like environment to end the season with fun celebration for all! We promise great food (Lil Red BBQ), drinks, music and of course Awards! The Banquet will be held November 8th, 6pm- 11pm at the Hazard Factory’s Event Space located in the South Park area.

Tickets: $60/person
*The event location has 5 steps in order to enter the building. Thus, it is somewhat limited accessibility. (If you or someone needs help managing the stairs, please reach out to Tico Sandoval, 2ndvp@wmrra.com so we can help provide alternative options)

Bar Service: We will have Beer/Wine/Select Mixed Drinks (Non-alcoholic options as well). Suggested Donation/Tip is $5/drink. Tickets for our Raffle (A chance to win a FREE membership license for 2026) will be available for purchase and can be used as a tip for the bar service. Raffle tickets are $5 each.
Parking: Street parking is available. It’s an industrial area, and there should be plenty around the various blocks.
Potluck option for Desserts, if you’re so inclined.
