PLEASE READ: I am keeping an eye on all registrations up until Emily is at the track on Friday. If you just did your license reg (required before completing this portion), please give me a little bit to process them. If you have recently completed the license portion and med form, I will send an email back letting you know everything is approved or your number will NOT populate correctly. You will not miss racing. It is open until Friday evening to register (gives people time to test their bikes at the track day). The round is open for you to go back in and make edits if you need to change something. I am in Stehekin (absolutely zero service) unless I am at the house with wifi. I come and go so I am checking registrations when I pop back in and will email people as needed.

Round 5 | The Ridge Motorsports Park | July 19th & 20th
GATE ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
- All entrants must sign The Ridge Motorsports Park Waiver at the gate.
- All entrants must sign WMRRA's E-Waiver online through SpeedWaiver prior to arriving. You will not be given tech paperwork until this is completed.
- You will be given a wristband and you are required to wear this for the entire weekend.
- Thursday evening access is for registered WMRRA Track Day attendees only.
OTHER INFORMATION:
- Please verify that your transponder and bike number is updated in your profile.

- Hot Wall- One individual, per rider, is allowed at hot wall for timing and signaling purposes.
- Registration Issues: Please review your tech slips AS SOON AS you receive them to make sure you are in all of your correct classes. The sooner we can fix it, the better.
- NEW PROCESS ALERT: You will now be required to bring a tech sheet with you to bike tech along with your registration slip. These will both be available at registration, but I highly encourage you print the tech sheet out first to be prepared. Tech-Inspection-Checklist-2024.pdf (no changes to form this year)
- Both the Registration Slip and Tech Sheet will be available at Registration after 5pm on the Friday trackday.

Note from Danielle: I will not be at this race round but I am managing everything for the event until the weekend of. Emily will be on site for the track day and race weekend. 206-245-9051 if you need anything.
CREDENTIALS: If you JUST completed the licensing event and JUST completed the Docusign med form, your race number will not populate properly so please do not go forward unti I have had a chance to finalize your license registration.. There is a delay in between.

Riders are required to have a current WMRRA 2025 License or a verified reciprocal license to participate.
Prior to registering for this event you must complete these steps:
1) Complete the license registration process if you do not currently hold a license. WMRRA 2025 Licensing Event. There is a reciprocal option that is free for any approved reciprocal licenses. This allows me to issue credentials and numbers. If you are purchasing the single event visitor license, please email me a copy of your med form prior to registration.
2) Email a copy of your reciprocal license to wmrra.info@gmail.com.
3) Email a copy of your completed 2025 medical form to wmrra.info@gmail.com if you use the filliable form: WMRRA 2025 Fillable Form. Or use the docusign option (it emails me a copy as well). WMRRA 2025 Med Form Docusign.
Your information in MSR does not transfer over to me. You are required to complete our registration form on MSR regardless of registering with another organization.
You will not be able to register if you do not complete these steps first.
